Biodynamic massage
ExpiredBiodynamic massage is a psychotherapeutic type of massage that addresses both the physical and the emotional but also the mental, and spiritual levels of an individual.
The therapist guides the client with safety and understanding, through the therapeutic and conscious touch, towards an increased consciousness of their body, but also the emotions associated with it. The goal of biodynamic massage is to understand the symptoms that lead the client to this type of physical approach and restore the vitality of the body.

Biodynamic massage was developed in the 1960s by Norwegian clinical psychologist and physiotherapist Gerda Boyesen, who studied in-depth the effect of massage on people with mental disorders.
Biodynamic massage is suitable for people with psycho-somatic problems and symptoms associated with stress (headache, pain, insomnia, depression, arthritis), as well as many more. It is also suitable for people who experience various symptoms without having a diagnosed health problem. Finally, it is suitable for people who seek to explore themselves more deeply through a physical approach.

In biodynamic massage no oils or other means are used. Contact is direct skin or with the area covered by clothing or some other covering.
