The frequency of treatment is one hour per week, and this is usually on the same day and time each week. The space provided to you in body psychotherapy is completely safe and confidential. In body psychotherapy the therapist encourages you to get to know yourself in your own time and way. A session involves dialogue, and sometimes you may be asked to lie down to explore with awareness techniques new sensations and feelings, through movement and breathing. Other times you may do exercises standing up, or while walking, or you may be offered a biodynamic massage.
